Loan repayment
The Directors of Densitron Technologies plc are pleased to announce that the Company has completed the early repayment of the £1,500,000 loan that it received from Bronsstädet AB in June 2006 a Company in which Mr Peter Gyllenhammar is the ultimate beneficial owner. Details of the loan were announced in the preliminary announcement released on 21 June 2006 and details of the repayment of £1,150,000 of the loan were announced on 21 December 2007.
The Directors would like to thank Mr Gyllenhammar for his support in making the funds available to the Company. The cost of the loan at the top end of the Group's debt and the repayment of the loan has significantly reduced the Group's interest exposure.
