Lloyds Banking Group plc notified the company on 20 January that as of 16 January 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 12,295,926 shares in the capital of the company which represents 6.56% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at that date (disclosure prompted by acquisition of HBOS plc).
