LIV1 - Partial repurchase and cancellation of bonds

LendInvest Secured Income plc (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest Limited ("LendInvest"), the platform for property finance, announces that another wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest has repurchased £7,315,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Company's sterling-denominated 5.25 per cent. fixed rate bonds due 10 August 2022 (the "Bonds"). The aggregate principal amount of the Bonds that remains outstanding on 7 April 2020 is £52,685,000. The Bonds that were repurchased have been cancelled.
