Claim against Innovation Canada
Innovation and its subsidiary Innovation Group (Canada) Limited have been served with legal proceedings by Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. The proceedings relate to the design, development and implementation of customised software for Allstate's new policy management system by Innovation's Canadian subsidiary. Innovation having taken advice considers the claim, which is stated to be for $75m (Canadian) and costs, to be speculative in the extreme and without foundation and will defend it vigorously.
