LiteBulb Group integrates branding agency Rizon
Launch of in-house brand agency Rizon Studios
LiteBulb (AIM: LBB), the provider of innovative product solutions from identification through to retail distribution, today announces the appointment of key staff from branding agency Rizon, bringing with them all existing Rizon client relationships. Litebulb further announces the rebranding of Rizon through the launch of Rizon Studios.
Rizon Studios is a creative agency with global reach, delivering compelling and agile brand extension programmes to the entertainment industry. Rizon Studios specialises in idea generation, whether creating a new brand from a clean sheet of paper or bringing fresh ideas to a long established brand at any point in its life cycle. The considerable experience and ability of the Rizon Studios staff has enabled them to secure a list of recognised global clients including Disney, Mattel, Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures and ABC television. Rizon Studio's typically works with the head offices of their clients in the US, helping them solve the perennial problem of creating global appeal in local markets.
Selected achievements of the Rizon Studios team include:
·; Delivering the global consumer product guides for the Toy Story, Cars and Monsters Inc. franchises for Disney Pixar
·; Creating the future vision for the Hot Wheels core brand and defining and developing the brand and consumer guides for Team Hot Wheels
·; Working with Mattel's new IP development team on future brands
·; Working with Mattel packaging team on existing brands and future brands
·; Delivering the global Point Of Sale materials for Sony Pictures and Marvel for the latest Spider-Man movie.
The incoming Rizon Studios staff bring with them all client relationships and, as such, the integration of the agency is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing to LiteBulb. The integration is also expected to bring with it a number of synergies. LiteBulb's ability to innovate in retails products, combined with the Rizon Studio team's expertise in creating compelling consumer brands will make LiteBulb's offering still more powerful. In addition, LiteBulb's distribution channels and strong client relationships are expected to enable Rizon Studio's to extend into licensing deals with its global client base.
