Listing Rule 9.6.14R Disclosure

The Company makes the following disclosure in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R.

The Company reports, following AssetCo plc's announcement today, that Martin Gilbert, Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, intends to join the board of directors of AssetCo plc as a Non-Executive Director subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

Further to AssetCo plc's announcement today, Martin Gilbert has acquired 9.9% of the issued share capital of AssetCo plc. AssetCo plc announced on 8 January 2021that it had acquired a 2.9% shareholding in the Company.
