IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") gives notice that Roger Yates, Senior Independent Non‑Executive Director of the Company, will join the Board of St. James's Place plc as an independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2014 (subject to appropriate regulatory approval).

This notice is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
