United Utilities Group PLC26 November 2010 BOARD CHANGE

Further to the announcement on 22 November 2010, regarding the appointment of Steve Mogford to the board of United Utilities Group PLC with effect from 5 January 2011. The following disclosures are made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13: Steve Mogford is a non-executive director of Carillion PLC, and was a director of BAE Systems PLC until May 2007; thereafter, there are no further details to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
