Admission to Listing and Trading of New Ordinary Shares
following Exercise of Warrants
Further to the Company's announcement on 8 November 2019 of the allotment and issue of 6,336,154 new shares of no par value each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to Optiva Securities (on exercise of the warrants granted to it by the Company pursuant to a warrant agreement dated 25 November 2016), the Company announces that admission of the New Ordinary Shares to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities is expected to take place at 8.00 am tomorrow morning.
