Listing of Vested Restricted Shares
Urals Energy announces that application has been made to AIM for the admission to trading of 1,432,062 new ordinary shares (the "Shares"). The Shares are being issued in respect of the vesting of restricted stock granted in previous years. No additional restricted shares have been issued nor were any cash bonuses paid based on 2008 results.
Of the above total number of Shares, certain of the Directors of Urals Energy were issued Shares as a result of reaching vesting periods under prior restricted stock grants as follows:
Leonid Dyachenko 307,465 Shares
Alexey Ogarev 166,585 Shares
Vladimir Sidorovich 140,387 Shares
Admission is expected to be effective from 18 March 2009.
Following the admission to trading of the new ordinary shares, Urals will have a total of 179,576,049 ordinary shares in issue.
