Listing of Shares

The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 15,700,421 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and for them to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application comprises a block listing of 15,700,421 shares under the Carphone Warehouse Best Buy Europe Value Enhancement Scheme.

It is expected that admission of the shares will take place and dealings will commence on 20 January 2012.
