Listing of Shares

The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 648,603 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and for them to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application comprises a block listing of 648,603 ordinary shares under the Company's Value Enhancement Schemes.

It is expected that admission of the shares will take place and dealings will commence on Monday 24 November 2014.
