Aminex PLC29 January 2008 AMINEX PLC LISTING OF NEW SHARES Aminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish StockExchange and the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 38,202 Ordinary Sharesof €0.06 each, which will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to beadmitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official Listof the UKLA and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and theLondon Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted for trading. The shareshave been issued pursuant to the exercise of share warrants in accordance withthe Placing and Rights Issue completed in July 2007. The exercise price of theshare warrants was Stg 22 pence. It is expected that admission will take placeand dealings will commence in these new ordinary shares on 5 February 2008. On completion of this listing, the total number of voting rights of Aminex PLCwill be 242,119,911.
