Listing of Convertible Loan Notes on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange

As announced on 17 May 2016 and as set out in its circular dated 23 May 2016, the Company has explored options to list its £30,000,000 13.0 per cent Senior Secured Convertible Loan Notes 2019 (the "Notes") issued by Intelligent Energy Holdings plc as part of the Company's recent refinancing. The Company confirms that on 29 July 2016 an application was made to The Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of The Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited. The application was granted and admission is now effective and dealings can commence.
