Man Group plc (the "Company")
Listing Application
Pursuant to the Court sanction of the proposed Scheme (as announced earlier today) application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List of 1,820,659,446 new ordinary shares of 107 US cents each in Man Strategic Holdings plc ("New Man") and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").
Admission is expected to occur on 6 November 2012.
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus published by New Man on 24 September 2012
