LISTING AND CONSOLIDATION WITH EXISTING TRANCHE OF THE FEBRUARY 2015 NOTES

ATHENS, Greece - February 18, 2013 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, OTC MARKET: HLTOY), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that OTE plc's €187.7 mn February 2015 Notes, issued on the 16th of January 2013, following the exchange of August 2013 Notes, have been admitted to listing and trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and are now consolidated with the existing €600 mn February 2015 Notes (ISIN XS0346402463) which have a current coupon of 7.25%. As a result, the total outstanding principal amount of the February 2015 Notes is now €787.7 mn.
