Further to the announcement of 30 April 2015, PJSC TransContainer (the "Company"), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, announces that the following candidates have been nominated for election to the Company's Board of Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM"):
