Liquidation of investment portfolio

The directors of Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC announce that, in anticipation of the Company's planned members' voluntary liquidation on 30 November 2017, in excess of 90 per cent of the Company's investment portfolio has now been sold for cash.

The calculation date for final entitlements in relation to the liquidation of the Company is the close of business on 28 November 2017.
