Lind Financing Update
Range advises that it has filed an appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court of Western Australia as announced on 8 July 2015, relating to the Lind Asset Management, LLC financing.
The deadline for payment has been extended to 31 August 2015, or until further order of the Court. The appeal has been listed to be heard on 10 September 2015.
The Company will continue to update the market upon further developments.
