Lifting of suspension

Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ASIA), the independent developer and manager of consumer businesses located in emerging Asia, announces that following publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 (the "FY25 Accounts") on 10 February 2026 and subsequent upload to the National Storage Mechanism, the Company requested the restoration of the listing of its ordinary shares of no par value (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List Equity Shares (transition) category of the Financial Conduct Authority.

The restoration of the Ordinary Shares took place at 7:30 a.m. today, 27 February 2026.
