Imagination Technologies Group PLC13 February 2007 13 February 2007 Imagination Technologies Group plc Licensing Partnership Update TI Confirms Imagination Technologies' PowerVR SGX Graphics AcceleratorTechnology Used In OmapTM 3 Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader inSystem-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") - confirms that TexasInstruments Incorporated ("TI"), a world-leading semiconductor company, willutilize Imagination's PowerVR(R) SGX graphics core family members in its nextgeneration application processor family, OMAPTM 3 architecture, starting withthe OMAP3430 and OMAP3420 processors. This follows the announcement of the licensing of this technology to TI on 2October 2006. Under the terms of its licensing arrangements Imagination receives license feesand royalty revenues on SoCs incorporating Imagination's IP shipped by partners.
