Imagination Technologies Group PLC19 April 2006 Imagination Technologies Group plc Licensing agreement Sunplus Technology extends license with Imagination Technologies Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader inSystem on Chip Intellectual Property (" SoC IP") - reports that SunplusTechnology Company Limited (TAIEX: 2401, FTSE: SUPD; "Sunplus"), a leadingconsumer IC design company, has extended its license agreement with Imaginationfor PowerVR MBX IP cores for integration into a wider range of processors as SoCsolutions for consumer electronics devices. Under the terms of its licensing arrangements Imagination receives license feesand royalty revenues on SoCs incorporating Imagination's IP shipped bypartners. This licence agreement was concluded in March 2006 and is one of the dealsidentified in Imagination's trading update on 12 April 2006.
