Imagination Technologies Group PLC29 November 2005 IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES TEXAS INSTRUMENTS' NEW OMAP2430 PROCESSOR TO UTILIZE ITS POWERVR MBX LITE GRAPHICS CORE Imagination Technologies Group plc ("Imagination Technologies"), the leadingprovider of multimedia and communication intellectual property ("IP"), reportsthat Texas Instruments Incorporated ("TI") will utilize Imagination's PowerVRMBX Lite core in its new OMAP2430 processor. The OMAP2430 processor is part ofthe OMAPTM 2 family of application processors. TI reports that the OMAP2430processor is sampling now and expected to be in production in 2006.
