Premier Foods plc12 October 2006 PREMIER FOODS PLC EXTENSION OF LICENCE Premier Foods plc announces that it has agreed with Loyd Grossman OBE to extendthe term of its licence to use the Loyd Grossman name from 31 December 2011 to10 October 2026. The commercial terms of the agreement are unchanged. The licence is an exclusive, worldwide licence to use the Loyd Grossman name ona range of foods and includes provisions to extend it to additional products.
