Legal & General Group plc notified the Company on 19 January 2011 that as at 18 January 2011 it held voting rights in respect of 7,546,421 shares of Bodycote plc representing 3.97% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 4.13% on 12 January 2010).
