McKay Securities PLC04 September 2007 McKAY SECURITIES PLC PRESS RELEASE McKay Secures Lettings at Dacre House, SW1 and Bartley House, Hook McKay Securities PLC is pleased to announce the completion of three lettingstotalling 18,764 sq ft with a total contracted rent of £565,825 pa. At Dacre House, London, SW1, Seco-Rail Ltd have taken a ten year lease with afive year tenant only break clause in respect of the 2nd and 3rd floors (8,115sq ft), and shipping agent Lorentzen and Stemoco have taken a ten year lease onthe 4th floor (2,575 sq ft). The comprehensive refurbishment of the building wascompleted by McKay at the end of 2006, and with two tenants already inoccupation, these lettings leave the building fully let at a rent 45% higherthan prior to refurbishment. At Bartley House, Hook, the ground floor of 10,649 sq ft has been let to PanaceaLtd, a computer software company who will be moving from Basingstoke. They havetaken a ten year lease with a five year tenant only break clause at a rent of£170,000 pa. The building is also now fully let.
