Embargoed: 0700hrs 12 October 2005 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES MAJOR NEW LETTINGS AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, SWEDEN The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that 3 new lettings have been signed inSolna Business Park for a total of 6,056 sq m (65,078 sq ft).GB Glace AB and Lever Fabergƒ© AB, both subsidiaries of Unilever, have leased4,125 sq m (44,327 sq ft) of office space in Smeden 1, together with 60 parkingspaces, for their new head office in Sweden. The lease is for a 7-year termwithout break from 1st July 2006 and will automatically be prolonged for 3years, should notice not be served 12 months before its expiry. The rent isstructured on a stepped basis.SYSteam Region Mellan AB, a computer software company, has signed for a 5-yearterm without break for 1,785 sq m (19,182 sq ft) at Frƒ¤saren 12 with automaticprolongation for 3 years should notice not be served 12 months before itsexpiry.
