Legal Proceedings

The Company has been made aware of a lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the District of Nevada against Powerhouse Energy, Inc. and Powerhouse Energy Group plc by previous employees of the group. The quantum of the claim is significant and relates predominantly to alleged damages. The directors intend to seek legal advice as to the veracity of the claim.
