Further to the Company's announcement of 9 March 2015, the Company announces that on 24 June 2016, it filed with the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit in Washington a petition for the rehearing En Banc of its appeal of the verdict, delivered on January 29, 2015 by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division, in relation to the Company’s claim against Apple Inc. for infringement of the Company's patent for live streaming.
