Notification regarding legal charge over shares

REA announces, in accordance with the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that it was notified on 29 May 2014 that Emba Holdings Limited, a company connected with Mr R M Robinow (chairman of REA), which holds 9,957,500 ordinary shares of 25p in the company, granted a mortgage on 29 May 2014 in respect of 500,000 of such shares, representing 1.43% of the ordinary share capital of REA, in favour of Lloyds Bank Private Banking Limited.
