LEC Notice

BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, notes its receipt of a letter from Verizon Partner Solutions ('Verizon'), pursuant to which Verizon will no longer accept third party charges for placement on its end user telephone bills effective December 31, 2017. BSG is working with the LEC to determine the impact to the Company's operations. Further announcements will be made as and when necessary.
