President of Grupo Clarín takes Leave of Absence

On 6 December 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Board of Directors had accepted the leave of absence requested by the President of the Board, Mr. Jorge Carlos Rendo, for personal reasons, from (and including) 15 December 2022 to (and including) 1 January 2023. Mr. Rendo will resume his position automatically as from 2 January 2023.

The Board of Directors also resolved that Mr. Héctor Mario Aranda, Vice-President of the Company, shall substitute for Mr. Rendo as President of the Board in Mr. Rendo's absence pursuant to the Argentine General Associations Law and the Company's Bylaws.
