CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES TWO WEST LONDON LEASING DEALS

Cambridge House, Hammersmith

CLS has surrendered the lease held by Irish Post on part of the third floor (3,495 sq.ft) with the simultaneous grant of a new lease to the Open Society Foundation who already occupy 7,890 sq ft of the building.

Open Society Foundation have entered into a new 10 year lease subject to a tenant break option in November 2011 and 2013. The rent has increased from ‚£ 84,672 per annum to ‚£94,365 per annum (representing ‚£27 per sq ft) with one month rent free.

Great West House, Brentford

Allianz Insurance plc have moved their break option from September 2008 to September 2011 in respect of the fourth to ninth floors in GW2 comprising of 32,004 sq ft.

Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:

"We are very pleased that we have completed these asset enhancing deals, particularly in the current market. Transactions such as these show the importance of maintaining a close relationship with your tenants to understand their requirements".
