Release date: 17th July 2006Embargoed until: 07:00 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") SIGNS NEW LEASE WITH BANQUE DE FRANCE IN PARIS The Board of CLS is pleased to announce on behalf of its wholly ownedsubsidiary Citadel Holdings plc that Banque de France has agreed to renew itslease for a further nine year period, without a break, for 48, rue Croix desPetits Champs in Paris.Banque de France is the sole tenant of this 1,800 sq m (19,375 sq ft) buildinglocated in the heart of Paris next to Place des Victoires.
