Capital Lease Aviation PLC03 April 2008 3 April 2008 Capital Lease Aviation PLC ("CLA" or "the Company") LEASE OF AIRCRAFT The Board of CLA, the AIM quoted aircraft leasing company, advises that it hascompleted the lease of one Fokker 100 jet aircraft to Skywest Airlines Pty Ltd("Skywest"), a major regional airline in Australia. HIGHLIGHTS • The aircraft has been leased at the rate of USD $100,000 per monthplus reserves; • The term of the lease is 60 months; • The aircraft is required to support a capacity increase as is requiredby Skywest; • Skywest's fleet management have inspected the Fokker 100 jet and foundit to be satisfactory. With delivery having taken place, the aircraft has beenentered onto the Australian aircraft register on Skywest Air OperatorsCertificate. CLA currently owns three Fokker F100 passenger jet aircraft and one Airbus A320which it leases to a large US domestic carrier. Commenting on the transaction, Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman, said: "We are pleased to have leased our third aircraft out to Skywest as it meansthat CLA's entire portfolio is generating income for the Company.
