Lease Agreement for property in Malta

C.H.Bailey plc is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company in Malta has entered into a lease agreement with an agency of the Government of Malta for one of the properties owned by the company.

The lease is for € 115,000 per annum and is for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the property known as 123 St Lucia St, the company's purpose built offices in the centre of Valletta.

The annual rent is subject to review and increases based on the official rate of inflation and the cost of Living Index.
