Lawsuit Brought Against Radio Mitre S.A.

On 29 February 2016, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date its subsidiary Radio Mitre S.A. ("Radio Mitre") had notified the Company of the filing against Radio Mitre of a lawsuit seeking to extend to Radio Mitre the bankruptcy of Cadena País Producciones Publicitarias S.A., in re "Vargas Lerena, Álvaro v/ Cadena País Producciones Publicitarias S.A. and other re: ordinary proceeding" (File No. 36797/2015), pending before the National Commercial First Instance Court No. 18, Secretariat No. 35 of the City of Buenos Aires. Radio Mitre also notified the Company that it had responded to the claim for the extension of bankruptcy. Cadena País Producciones Publicitarias S.A. is a company controlled by Radio Mitre.
