LiteBulb launches new Seedlets range of children's gardening products
LiteBulb (AIM: LBB) the provider of innovative product solutions from identification through to retail distribution, announces the launch of Seedlets, its new range of children's gardening products.
The Seedlets range has been created specifically for children's hands and includes colourful gardening tools, designed to be as appealing as toys, as well as packets of seeds. The range has been developed for a variety of age ranges, taking into account attention spans and simplicity of instructions. Thirty initial products are being launched and will be available to purchase from a variety of retailers and garden centres nationwide.
The Seedlets range is being promoted by Blue Peter gardener Chris Collins who is also working with LiteBulb on a "Grow-Your-Own Day" nationwide event, where children will be encouraged to grow their own food.
Chris Collins, commented: "I am totally committed to Seedlets, showing kids exactly how much fun it can be to grow plants, fruit and veg. Many children don't have a real understanding of where their food comes from, and this is about getting back to basics and tempting them away from computers and TV's and into the fresh air to grow their own dinner."

BBH's on-going research into markets and trends on behalf of its clients means that it is continually identifying gaps in markets, allowing them to work with LiteBulb to create innovative products to fill those gaps.
