Launch of New Website

Nationwide, the largest dedicated provider of automotive crash repair services in the UK, is pleased to announce the launch of a new corporate website today designed to support Nationwide's ongoing expansion into the fleet and retail markets as well as its development in its core insurance market. The website, which can viewed at www.nationwiderepairs.co.uk, is also part of Nationwide's continuing investment in technology to ensure that the Group's IT systems and processes remain market-leading. The online platform has also been specifically designed for use by smart phones and other mobile devices.

The new website enables consumers to request a quotation for body, glass and paint repairs or to make their own initial assessment of the approximate cost of a light repair job from a menu of online prices as well as book an appointment for an engineer's visit (at home or work) or with a bodyshop. As part of this, customers will be able to send photographs and details of damage and receive an efficient response. For fleet customers, the new website provides an upgraded engagement channel with Nationwide, including secure access to information on their fleet. The new website also retains the best features of Nationwide's previous website, including "Track Your Repair", a tracking programme enabling users to track and view information regarding the repair process.
