Launch of Live BlackJack
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the AIM-listed interactive gaming company, is delighted to announce, following a period of beta testing from Monday 19th May 2008, the successful launch of its new product "Live BlackJack". The new service will be broadcast daily from 9pm until 3am every day.
This unique service, a first for UK gamers, will be broadcasted live on Sky Channel 848 and streamed live via the internet at www.liveroulette.com. "Live BlackJack" enables customers to bet on hands drawn by a croupier in real time while they watch the show via TV or internet.
Sky Channel 848 is a recent purchase for the Group, acquired earlier this month from Hollywood TV Ltd. The new channel sits next to the Company's current Sky Channel 847 which broadcasts Live Roulette 24/7, with live presenters from 6pm until 3am which is also streamed live to www.liveroulette.com site.
Martin Higginson, Chairman and Chief Executive of NetPlay TV plc, commented on the launch:
