FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

28 November 2011

GLOBO plc

Full commercial launch of

GO!Enterprise Server ®

and trading update

GLOBO plc("the Company") (LSE-AIM: GBO), the international IT, mobile solutions and SaaS provider, is pleased to announce the full commercial release of GO!Enterprise Server (www.goenterpriseserver.com).

Mobile access to information, tasks, files, communication and business apps is now essential to the success of many businesses. GO!Enterprise Server® enables the seamless integration of all these tools and provides a holistic solution to the mobility requirements of enterprises of all sizes and sectors.

Using GO!Enterprise Server,® businesses can now mobilise and access all mainstream, vertical or customised software, business tools and apps using any handset or tablet across any operating system (Android, iPhone, Windows mobile, Blackberry, J2ME, WAP) or network (GPRS, 3G, HSPA, WiFi, etc).

Since first being introduced at the Mobile World Congress at Barcelona in February 2011, GO!Enterprise Server has generated substantial interest from potential partners and end-users around the world. During GLOBO's participation in the GITEX telecommunications event in Dubai in October 2011, GO!Enterprise Server received further endorsement from business representatives who recognise its potential use by both employees and clients.

GO!Enterprise Server is experiencing significant demand with contracts won from mobile operators, banks, governmental agencies, SMEs and distribution partners. Delivery and pilot testing is in progress. The new contract wins for GO!Enterprise Server include extensions to existing CitronGO! contracts with four mobile operators in Eastern, Western Europe and the Middle East where preparations for commercial launch are underway.

Additional partnership agreements have been signed with local and international system and software integrators. A total of 16 partnership agreements have already been certified for the sale and installation of GO!Enterprise Server. These additional partners are working with Globo's technical teams in the Company's local offices in Dubai, the UK, Cyprus, and Greece providing full customer support.

End-user demand for GO!Enterprise Server includes a signed contract and 3 orders from 4 banks in Greece and Middle East, together with to date, more than 40 smaller contracts from SMEs.

A 'cloud' offering of GO!Enterprise Server will soon be available through Globo's subsidiary Profitel Communications, which operates the Group's S.a.a.S business. This will enable companies from all over the world to buy GO!Enterprise licences with support provided remotely.

Underpinning demand for GO!Enterprise Server is the rapidly growing need for enterprises to mobilise their operations by enabling employees and clients to access mission critical information wherever they are. Enterprise mobility has become strategically crucial to the efficiency and competitiveness of many companies but presents major and complex IT challenges. GO!Enterprise Server has taken this complexity out of mobility and can help to enable enterprises to achieve improvements in workforce flexibility, workflow efficiency, sales and service cycles, revenues and customer retention.

Kelton Research (a U.S. headquartered industry market research company) in their January 2011 report state that 38% of enterprises expect to support five or more mobile platforms or operating systems, and 65% will deploy five or more mobile apps in a year.

Forrester Research, Inc. publication "Forrester: Enterprise and SMB Networks and Telecommunications Survey, North America and Europe (Q1 2010)" stated that "a quarter of employees in knowledge-based businesses bring a personal mobile device to work, despite a lack of corporate support". The same report identified a number of benefits to enterprises of mobilising their business operations, the top ones being 'increased worker productivity', 'increased employee responsiveness and decision-making speed' and 'customer issues resolved faster'.

Apps World 2011

Globo will be participating in the AppsWorld 2011 at Olympia, London, on 29 and 30 November 2011. At 12.30pm on Wednesday, 30 November, a presentation, including a demonstration of GO!Enterprise Server, will be made by the company to investors, financial analysts, industry analysts and others interested in trends in enterprise mobility. The presentation will provide an update on progress with the commercialisation of GO!Enterprise Server and roll-out plans.

During the second half of 2011, Globo has continued to experience strong growth in revenues and profit, with international mobile now accounting for the majority of Group profit and CitronGO! continuing to be the main driver of growth.

GO!Enterprise Server is expected to make a positive contribution to revenues for the year. Trading for the first nine months of the year has been in line with market expectations and the Board expects, as the Group enters the final month of the year, that the outlook for the financial performance for the year remains very strong - in line with market expectations.

Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, CEO, commented: "We are delighted with the early performance of GO!Enterprise which we anticipate will contribute substantial incremental growth to Globo's revenues and profits over the next few years. At the same time, our customer base for CitronGO! and GO!Social Mobile Messaging and Social Networking service for feature phones, continues to grow with more that 1.2 million subscribers compared to 990,000 subscribers at 30/6/2011. This gives us great confidence about Globo's positioning in the mobile arena and our prospects for 2012 and beyond."
