Launch of flexecash® prepaid gift card in Ireland

Park, the UK's leading multi-redemption prepaid gift card and voucher business, focused on the corporate and consumer markets, is pleased to announce the launch of its flexecash® prepaid gift card in the Republic of Ireland. This is an important strategic development for Park and demonstrates the Company's ability to build its business in Europe by expanding its flexecash® and e-commerce platforms into new territories and markets.

The Irish flexecash® card is currently accepted by ten high street retail brands and additional customer choice is provided with the ability to use the card to purchase other voucher and card products from our www.spendlove2shop.ie website.

The launch of the Company's Irish website www.love2shop.ie gives customers direct access to Park's gift card and vouchers, which can be used locally at many leading retailers including Argos, Debenhams, The Early Learning Centre, Halfords, Heatons, Mothercare, Pet Stop, River Island, Shaws, Shoe Zone, SportsWorld and Waterstones.

Park entered the Irish market in 2011 with its Love2Shop vouchers and was initially redeemable at 16 retailers across the country. The business has developed steadily and today the voucher is accepted by over 40 major retailers in Ireland.
