Cellcast plc28 September 2006 Press Release 28 September 2006 Cellcast plc ("Cellcast" or "the Company") Cellcast launches new subsidiary in Brazil Programming deals signed with three of the country's leading TV and radio networks Cellcast plc (AIM:CLTV), the global interactive digital broadcaster, is addingan important territory to its international operations with the launch of a new,wholly-owned subsidiary, Cellcast do Brasil, based in Sao Paulo. At the same time, the Company today announces that media contracts have beensigned with three major Brazilian television and radio networks, and billingagreements have been completed with the country's two major telecom providers,Brasil Telecom and Telefonica. An agreement to produce a telephony-based interactive game show for insertion infootball programming has been signed with Rede TV, the country's fourth largestterrestrial TV network. An interactive sports show and a new game show areunder development with the leading public broadcaster TV Cultura. Additionally,Cellcast's successful TV format Bid2Win is being adapted for prime time radiounder a new deal with Radio Metropolitana, Brazil's leading radio network withabout three million listeners. Cellcast's international strategy is to concentrate on the world's fastestgrowing mobile markets, and its entry into Brazil follows the Company'ssuccessful launches in India and China, and recent initiatives to bring itsinteractive entertainment to audiences in the USA and Russia.
