Marchpole Holdings PLC11 May 2005 For Immediate Release 11 May 2005 Marchpole Holdings plc ("the Company") Emanuel Ungaro Menswear to Launch in Japan Marchpole Holdings plc, which designs, produces and sells high quality clothingand accessories for six world class brands (Yves Saint Laurent, Boateng,Jean-Charles de Castelbajac ("JCC") and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac / Rossignol,Emanuel Ungaro and Ungaro, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement forEmanuel Ungaro in Japan with Via Bus Stop, part of the Onward KashiyamaCorporation. Onward Kashiyama are a major company specialising in the importation andlicensing of luxury brands, including Ralph Lauren, Donna Karen, Calvin Klein,Jean Paul Gaultier and Viktor and Rolf. Via Bus Stop has 18 retail stores dedicated to the development of luxurydesigner brands in the Japanese market place and will be launching the EmanuelUngaro Men's collection for Spring Summer 2006. The agreement is for three seasons with minimum guarantees for the period of€600,000.
