Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) S.A.E. has been a strong pillar of the Egyptian petroleum refinery industry as a second stage refinery, where it refines low Sulphur Fuel-oil, which other sister companies refines cannot crack further, and produces light higher value products.

AMOC is pleased to announce that with effect from 8:00 a.m. on October 18, 2018, up to 8,901,154 global depositary receipts (each representing 10 ordinary shares) have been admitted to the London Stock Exchange's ATT Only trading platform (the GDR Programme). AMOC's underlying ordinary shares are listed and admitted to trading on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
