NOTIFICATION ON THE RELEASE OF DIAMOND BANK PLC 2015

AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2015.

The Management of Diamond Bank Plc would like to advise our esteemed shareholders, key stakeholders, and the wider investor community that from available indications we are unlikely to issue our audited financial statements on March 31, 2016, as required by the NSE Rules (the Rules) and other regulatory rules guiding release of Audited Financial Statements.

The Auditors have concluded the review of the Audited Financial Statements and same has been approved by the Board of Directors.

Please note however, that the Audited Financial Statement has been submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria for its approval and we have been notified that due to the stage of the review of the audited financial statements by Central Bank of Nigeria, it is unlikely that this will be concluded in time for us to comply with the NSE Rules.

We are however optimistic that the approved audited financial statements will be made available on or before April 30, 2016.
