Lapse of Share Awards granted in 2010 under the Tawa plc LTIP
Tawa plc announces that under the terms of the Tawa 2007 Performance Share Plan, awards granted on 12 April 2010 over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 10p each have lapsed. The awards now held by its executive directors are as follows:
