LAND SECURITIES TO EVALUATE BENEFITS OF TRILLIUM SALE IN SHAREHOLDERS INTERESTS
The Board of Land Securities Group PLC (the "Board") has agreed that, following recent expressions of interest, it will evaluate the benefits of a sale of its Trillium business against the merits of a demerger.
This will run in parallel with the demerger process, which remains the primary focus of the Board.
