Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of the Relevant Series that with effect from 14 June 2022, the Relevant Series will be delisted from Euronext Dublin. The Relevant Series will continue to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
