Kosmos Energy Ltd files Form 8-K
On November 29, 2018, Kosmos Energy Ltd ("Kosmos") filed a Form 8-K concerning the completion of a registered underwritten public offering of its common shares and the repurchase of its common shares from funds affiliated with Warburg Pincus LLC ("Warburg") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Form 8-K is available on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov and on the Kosmos' website at http://investors.kosmosenergy.com/financial-information/sec-filings.
Kosmos repurchased 35,000,000 common shares from Warburg and the total number of common shares outstanding following the repurchase is 398,617,302.
